Health Sector Committees
The Northern Colorado Health Sector Partnership advances collaborative solutions through three key committees that drive meaningful impact across the region. The Better Serving the Aging Committee focuses on meeting the evolving needs of older adults by improving care models, supporting caregivers, and enhancing workforce training. The Recruitment and Retention Committee works to attract, develop, and retain a skilled healthcare workforce through career pathway promotion, professional development, and workplace engagement strategies. The Legislative Advocacy Committee unites voices across the sector to influence policy and champion legislation that supports healthcare workforce development and system sustainability. Together, these committees strengthen the region’s capacity to deliver high-quality, accessible healthcare for all.
