Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field (Preferred)
Pursing LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LAC, CAS licensure (Preferred)
Experience Needed
Minimum of 1-year sales experience in a call center setting, preferred

High Level Responsibilities
Interact routinely with patients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to nursing staff
Document information regarding patient care and behavior as required in policies and procedures
Utilize de-escalation practices when exposed to volatile patients to maintain personal safety while also ensuring safety for the patients and other individuals on the unit
Certifications/Education Needed
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must have a valid drivers’ license and a safe driving record
Experience Needed
Experience in a healthcare setting preferred

High-Level Responsibilities
Interact routinely with clients, observe behaviors and communicate significant observations to multidisciplinary teams as necessary
Administer medications to clients, and engage in the education process
Participate in client treatment planning and nursing care plans
Obtain client’s vital signs, and document client record
Client assessments and close monitoring of symptoms
Certifications/Education Needed
Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing
Preference is given to those with addiction recovery and/or mental health setting experience
Knowledge and skills in English usage, interpersonal relationships and excellent communication skills
Experience Needed
Must hold active State Board of Nursing Registered Nurse licensure
Must maintain current and nationally accredited CPR/First Aid/AED certification
